Our Founder

Shannon Curry began her pharmaceutical recruiting career in April of 1996 with Management Recruiters International. She won Rookie of the Year in 1996 and in 1998 was #1 in the nation out of 1,000 Project Directors. She joined a boutique recruiting firm in 1999 to start their pharmaceutical and biotech division and achieved the prestigious Partner Level faster than anyone in the firm's history, and set or broke every record in the firm. She won the President's Club recognition trip every year she was eligible and has traveled to Hawaii, Mexico, Alaska, Europe, New England, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

In 2006, she started BioSource Staffing because she wanted a place to call her own and to be able to run a business like she thought it should be run – with high integrity and professionalism and dedication to the clients and candidates she works with.
